Finals are here, which means their brain is currently occupied by approximately 47 chapters, three past papers and a mild amount of panic.
Cooking dinner? Probably not high on the priority list.
So, parents - stock their freezer.
Send them a few Frozen For You meals and give them one less thing to think about. Proper food, ready when they are, without the grocery shop, the cooking or another takeaway arriving at the door.
They can focus on passing. We’ll focus on feeding them.

Karen's got the right idea with this one! Our Chicken Coronation is one of her personal favourites, and for good reason.
Defrost it, pop it onto a slice of toast, and lunch is sorted. No cooking. No reheating. No spending half your lunch break in the kitchen.
Just really good food, with very little effort. Exactly how a work lunch should be. 👏

An apple for your teacher?
After everything they’ve put up with this year?
Be serious. 🍎
If we’re doing apples for Teacher’s Day on the 5th of October, at least make it our Apple Cake. Or the Apple, Berry & Almond Crumble. Much more appropriate, if you ask us.
And if choosing feels like too much responsibility, get them a Frozen For You voucher and let them pick their own favourites.
Teachers deserve more than an apple. They deserve dinner sorted too.

Somewhere along the way, food got so complicated you now need a degree to understand what’s inside the meal you’re eating. Why? Makes you think, doesn’t it?

- From the drop-off point on/near Main Road, walk along Main Road toward the shopfronts on the same road until you reach your destination.

By driving
- From Cape Town side: follow the N2 toward Somerset West, then take the exit onto Main Road / Somerset West.
