Greenhaus Sunningdale 24-hour fermented dough pizzas taste so delicious!
A lot of it comes down to something simple: time. Every batch of our pizza dough is given 24+ hours to ferment before it reaches the oven. That slow fermentation develops more flavour and gives it the light, airy crust our regulars know so well.
It takes longer to make pizza this way, but we wouldn’t have it any other way.

At Greenhaus Sunningdale, ours bagels are made from scratch every day in small batches. The dough is left to ferment overnight to develop flavour, then each bagel is boiled the authentic New York way before being baked until beautifully golden, giving you that distinctive chewy crust and soft, satisfying centre.
No mass production, just fresh bagels made the way they should be.
We only make a limited number each day and they regularly sell out, so it’s very much first come, first served.
Greenhaus is in the heart of Sunningdale, near the Leadville doggy park.

To get to Leadville Way in Cape Town, take the N1 highway and exit onto the M5. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Ottery Road. Turn right onto Ottery Road and continue straight until you reach a roundabout. Take the second exit onto Jan Smuts Drive, then turn left onto Leadville Way.
If you're taking public transport, take the train to Ottery station and from there it's about a 10-minute walk to Leadville Way. Alternatively, take a taxi or bus to the nearby transport hub in Wynberg and transfer to another bus that goes to Leadville Way.
If you're driving, there is street parking available on Leadville Way or in nearby side streets. Please note that parking can sometimes be difficult during peak hours.
