From African soil to Cincinnati Ohio streets.

Boston Coffee was born where roots run deep — in Africa, where some of the world’s most remarkable coffee begins its journey.

Our own story took root in Boston, Bellville, South Africa, where our first roastery came alive.

It was here that roasting became more than a trade. It became a calling — a way to honour the farmers behind the beans, the craft behind every roast, and most importantly, the people gathered around every cup.

And that story is still alive and brewing every single day in Bellville. 🇿🇦

Boston Coffee South Africa remains home.

To every person who has walked through our doors over the years — thank you.

Thank you to those who supported us when we were starting out.

To those who became regulars and then became friends.

To those who celebrated life with us, laughed with us, cried with us, worked with us, brewed with us, dreamed with us and believed with us.

To those who have made Boston Coffee part of their morning, their meetings, their friendships and their families.

And to everyone who can look at Boston Coffee today and say:

“This story is part of my story too.”

You helped build this.

And now, we want you to be part of what comes next.

Here in Cincinnati, we are roasting again.

Small batches. Carefully sourced coffee. Farm to roast to cup.

The surroundings may be different.

The country may be different.

But the heart is the same.

And as this new chapter begins, we don’t see it as two separate stories.

It is one Boston Coffee story — now being written on two continents.

To get to the corner of Cleveland Street and 12th Avenue in Boston Bellville, Cape Town, there are a few options for both public transport and driving.

Public Transport:
- Take the train to Bellville station and then take a taxi or walk to Cleveland Street.
- Take the MyCiTi bus to the Bellville Civic Centre and then take a taxi or walk to Cleveland Street.

Driving/Parking:
- From Cape Town city center, take N1 highway towards Durbanville and take Exit 23 for Willie Van Schoor Drive.
- Continue straight onto Durban Road and turn left onto Cleveland Street.
- There is limited street parking available on Cleveland Street, but there are usually parking spots available on nearby streets, such as 11th Avenue or Cross Street. Alternatively, there is a parking lot across from the Bellville Library on Carl van Aswegen Street.
