What people say
La Parada in Energy Lane, Cape Town is a must-visit for anyone looking for a unique dining experience. The bar and grill, tapas bar, and restaurant offers an impressive interior with ornate pressed ceilings, eclectic chairs and lampshades, and an array of Spanish tiles that transport you to Spain.
The small plates are curated for the South African palate but still maintain their Spanish heritage. The menu encourages experimentation with both food and drinks, making it perfect for those who want to try something new. Many patrons pop in for afternoon drinks and light bites, which is the origin of tapas.
La Parada Century City is located in the heart of a thriving business and shopping district, making it an ideal spot for lunch or meetings. As one of the leading small plate offerings in South Africa, La Parada continuously serves innovative and mouthwatering dishes with a Spanish influence.
Overall, La Parada Energy Lane offers a great vibe with delicious food and drinks that will leave you wanting more.
