Meet Patricia
Our resident ray of sunshine ☀️💜
Patricia has been our barista for the last 2 years, although she's been part of the family long before that through various adventures with us over the years.
If there's one thing you can count on, it's being greeted with a smile. Patricia is always chatting, laughing, and making customers feel at home while somehow still being so hard working.
From early morning coffees to busy weekend rushes, she brings positivity, dedication, and plenty of good energy wherever she goes.
We're so grateful to have her as part of our waffle family 💜

Ronan joined the Waffle Family 6 years ago as a waiter and worked his way up to management 2 years ago.
If you've visited us, chances are you've been greeted by his friendly smile, looked after by his excellent service, or been the unsuspecting target of one of his jokes.
Known for his friendly nature, quick wit, slightly questionable sense of humour 😂 and love for waffles, he somehow manages to keep things running smoothly while keeping everyone entertained.

Always cheerful, always smiling & always willing to help.
Our unofficial Master Chocolateer 🤎✨ keeping the chocolate flowing and ensuring every drop, drizzle & spoonful are perfect. (See our story for her Chocolateer magic)
She brings so much warmth to our waffle family every day.
