The à la carte menu is where it all lives: starters like curried tempura aubergine, cured venison with labneh and warm spice, or a velvety vichyssoise. Mains that celebrate land and sea showcasing slow-pulled lamb pasta, linefish with pea velouté, lemon and ricotta ravioli.

| This Father’s Day, gather around the table for a leisurely Sunday lunch at Wilde Vy Bistro, where generous flavours, thoughtful cooking and a warm countryside setting come together in celebration of Dad.
Expect dishes like slow roasted lamb rib roll with caponata and aubergine chutney, pan fried linefish with lemongrass pea velouté and mussels, herb arancini with tarragon mayo, and chocolate nemesis cake with berry sorbet to finish.
