| Along the Durbanville W**e Route, you'll come across Wilde Vy Bistro on a quiet hill overlooking the valley. Here, Chef Jürgen Snyman offers a signature Potstill Brandy Tasting experience that pairs perfectly alongside his a la carte menu.
Head downstairs to the Private Cellar for our curated taste of Cape brandies, with the option to pair them with chef Jürgen's happies - inventive little bites made for the occasion.
Choose from eight, including potato and leek vichyssoise, snail bon-bons and a snoek cruller filled with smoorsnoek, pickled cucumber and dill.

JOIN US ON HERITAGE DAY - THIS THURSDAY
| In celebration of South Africa's multi-cultural heritage, we'll be firing our Signal Gun's 300-year-old cannon.
Back in the day, the VOC installed more than 50 cannons on hills and mountains around the Cape to form a Signal Gun chain that could call the Burgher Militia to defend the Cape.
Signal Gun W**es on Hooggelegen Farm is fortunate to be custodian of 8 of these cannons, one of which still fires today.
We'll be firing the cannon at 1pm on Heritage Day to mark the occasion. Book a table for 12h30, settle in beneath the wild fig tree and stay for the blast.
Join us for lunch, sundowners and dinner - serving our verstatile á la carte menu paired with classic cocktails and fine w**es.
For the kids? We offer a proper kids menu as well as a milkshake tasting menu - and they can run around on the lawn in-between.
