This Kenyan lot from Mwirua Cooperative in Kirinyaga is pulped within 24 hours, fermented slowly, and sun-dried on raised beds for up to 30 days — a process that brings out incredible sweetness and depth.

Expect: 🍒cherry | 🍯honey | 🍭candy notes with a bold body.
