As most of you know, Knox Coffee closed on Friday, 31 May.
We are so thankful for FIVE AND HALF incredible and successful years. As we reflect on the last few years, we’ll treasure all the memories with parents, teachers, students, neighbours, church and locals. It was really an amazing thing to have witnessed so many people from all walks of life, coming together to a random little coffee shop every day.
At the end of last year, my wife and I made a decision to explore some exciting new opportunities. It was not an easy decision to have let go of something that we have been building for so long, but we are trusting God in the process, and we are excited for what is ahead!
We’ll miss seeing our regulars every day, and hopefully this is not a Goodbye, but rather a See You Soon!
