To get to the health food restaurant and smoothie & juice bar on Solly Smiedt Street, you can take a bus or train to Cape Town station, then transfer to the MyCiTi bus system and take either the T01 or 102 route to Lower Burg Street. From there, it's about a 5-minute walk to reach the destination.
If driving, take Nelson Mandela Boulevard and turn onto Lower Burg Street. There are several paid parking lots in the area where you can park your car while visiting the establishment.
