Six w**es, one signature. Behind the Adara collection is w**emaker Niel Bester, one of South Africa’s most respected. His 2024 Chenin Blanc earned 4.5 stars in the Platter’s W**e Guide 2025 and was the very first w**e we tasted. Alongside it: an MCC Brut, a crisp Sauvignon Blanc and a selection of reds rated 90 points or higher. Grown in the Drakenstein Valley, near Paarl. We’re delighted to pour them in Lindau, too.

Matured for 18 months in oak barrels before bottling, with notes of blackberry and plum, full-bodied with noticeable tannins – exactly the depth and warmth you crave on the first cooler evenings. A w**e for the turn of the season, even as it turns in opposite directions on either side of the hemisphere.
