For this private wedding, crayfish was one of the highlights on the fire, bringing a little taste of the Cape to an authentic Argentinian Asado. Seafood, meat, vegetables and fruit all have their place over the coals and that’s what makes every African Gaucho menu so much fun to create. It’s not about sticking to one formula but bringing together the right combination of flavours for the occasion🙌🔥

There are plenty of things we love about an Asado, but this has to be near the top🔥 After hours over the fire, Chef Juan knows exactly when the lamb is ready. One pull tells you everything. It’s the moment all those hours around the fire have been building towards. Then it’s onto the table, ready to be shared🙌
