Before joining the LeadHERship Initiative, alumna Lebo Monama was at home. She had the ideas. She just didn't have the opportunity to bring them to life.
Since completing the programme, she's built a career as the Creative Director of a fashion house and works as a real estate agent. What changed, in her words, wasn't her ambition. It was believing that her ambition was valid.

Lindiwe Hlongwane knows the silence. CV after CV. Application after application. No response.

Now participating in the LeadHERship Initiative, she's working at a debt collection firm, where she's developed two skills no application form could ever measure: communicating with confidence and solving the problem in front of her.

1. From Cape Town: Take the N2 highway towards Stellenbosch. Continue on the N2 until you reach Exit 33 for Baden Powell Drive/R310 towards Stellenbosch/Macassar.
- If coming from Somerset West, take Exit 33 directly.
2. After taking Exit 33, merge onto Baden Powell Drive/R310 and continue straight.
3. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Adam Tas Road/R310.
4. Continue on Adam Tas Road/R310 until you reach a T-junction with Dorp Street (R44).
5. Turn right onto Dorp Street (R44) and continue straight.
6. After approximately 500 meters, turn left onto Bird Street.
