Our Chef's Specialities are here for the season, and they're made for long lunches and slow summer evenings. Start light with chargrilled citrus and burrata drizzled in coriander lavender honey, or our aged beef tartare with tonnato and crispy shallots. Then go big with the Porcini Fillet on the Bone, finished with truffle butter and beef jus, or keep it coastal with grilled crayfish in sofrito cream and tagliatelle with mussels in a saffron broth.
