We're delighted to introduce **Banhoek Nectar**, our newly released, small-batch dessert w**e.
It's the latest addition to our Le Pommier collection, joining favourites such as Maraai Rosé, Summercourt Chardonnay, MAC and Jonathan's Malbec.

Something delicious is coming out of our pizza oven! ☀️
Our Chef’s Choice, **Summer Sauvignon Chicken**, brings together some of our favourite summer flavours.
Pizza-oven lemon and herb baby chicken, crispy potato fries, charred corn, tomato and herb salsa, finished with a Sauvignon Blanc jus.
Optional garlic and herb butter for that little extra indulgence.
Pair it with a glass of Le Pommier Sauvignon Blanc and enjoy a relaxed lunch in the Banhoek Valley.

The story behind Maraai Rosé ❤️

Our Maraai Rosé was named in honour of Maraai, the late mother of Le Pommier's owner.
Her name lives on through a w**e that celebrates family, cherished memories and the personal history behind our estate.
With beautiful strawberry notes and hints of herbs and gooseberry, Maraai Rosé is a lovely expression of the warmth and character we hope guests experience when visiting Le Pommier.

From preparing traditional South African favourites to creating beautiful dishes for our restaurant, weddings and special events, their hard work is an important part of what makes Le Pommier feel like home.

**Travel Directions to Banhoek Valley, Stellenbosch**
**By Car:**
1. Start on the N1 highway heading towards Cape Town.
2. Take the exit for R304 towards Stellenbosch.
3. Continue on R304 until you reach the T-junction with the R44.
4. Turn left onto R44 and follow it into Stellenbosch.
5. Once in town, follow signs for Banhoek Road (R310).
6. Continue along Banhoek Road for approximately 10 km until you reach your destination.
**Parking:** There is usually ample parking available on-site.
**By Public Transport:**
1. Take a train from Cape Town to Stellenbosch Station (check schedules for times).
2. From Stellenbosch Station, you can catch a local taxi or rideshare service to Banhoek Valley.
3. Alternatively, look for shuttle services that may operate between Stellenbosch and surrounding wine estates.
Make sure to check public transport schedules in advance as they may vary throughout the week!
