KAUAI is a smoothie and juice bar as well as a health food restaurant that is dedicated to making healthy eating easy and accessible. Founded by three Californian college friends in 1996, KAUAI has grown under the multi-brand food group Real Foods (Pty) Ltd. Their mission is to serve nourishing salads, wraps, warm bowls and nutrient-rich smoothies made from fresh locally sourced whole ingredients free from added sugar, unhealthy fats and preservatives. Kauai chicken and eggs are free range, their whey protein is GMO-free and they focus on serving real foods that are free of harmful synthetic chemicals. KAUAI's new slogan "Made Naturally" highlights their renewed focus on customer service excellence. The restaurant promises to deliver only the very best in food and nutrition by serving high quality seasonal ingredients which are as much as possible free from GMO's, additives, preservatives, artificial colourants or flavourants while maintaining a supply chain that supports farmers using sustainable practices.

To get to Eden on The Bay in Cape Town, you can take the MyCiTi bus from the city center. The route is T01 and stops at the Big Bay stop, which is located directly in front of Eden on The Bay. Alternatively, if you are driving, you can take the R27 West Coast Road and turn left onto Otto Du Plessis Drive towards Blaauwbergstrand. There is a large parking lot available at Eden on The Bay for visitors to park their vehicles. Once you've arrived at Eden on The Bay, head towards the promenade where you will find the smoothie & juice bar and health food restaurant located among other shops and restaurants overlooking the beautiful beach and ocean views.
